Dog training in Airdrie
Airdrie is a young city full of young dogs. New neighbourhoods, new fences, and a lot of first-time puppies learning the world at Chinook Winds Park. We are based in Calgary, about 20 to 30 minutes south on the QE2, and we train Airdrie dogs the same way we train everyone: one-on-one, no group classes, with programs built for owners who live up the highway.
The logistics
Two trips down the QE2 and we handle the rest.
Here is the honest version: we are Calgary-based, and we do not run a satellite location in Airdrie. For most Airdrie families that turns out to be a feature. A board and train program asks you for exactly two drives, one to drop your dog off and one to bring them home, each roughly 20 to 30 minutes from Airdrie to Calgary's north end.
Between those trips your dog gets daily one-on-one training, a structured routine, socialization, enrichment, and regular updates, then a full handover lesson when you return. If you already commute into Calgary, day training runs Monday to Friday with drop-off between 8 and 10 am and pick-up between 5 and 7 pm, and private sessions at $150 an hour slot around a workday.

A young city raises a lot of first puppies.
Airdrie is growing fast, and a lot of that growth is young families adding a first puppy to a new house. First puppies come with first-time questions: crate nights, leash pulling, a name that actually means something. Puppy Fundamentals covers exactly that ground in three weeks, including overnight crate comfort and structured socialization, then hands the skills back to you with a follow-up session inside 60 days.
Then there is Chinook Winds Park, where a young-family city and its dogs all end up on a nice Saturday. That kind of shared space rewards two skills above everything: loose-leash walking that holds around distraction, and a recall you would put money on. Complete On-Leash Foundations builds the first over two weeks; Functional Off-Leash builds the second, with an Educator remote collar taught properly to dog and owner alike.

Is there a dog trainer in Airdrie?
