Most training advice falls apart at the front door, because that is where the jumping, the barking, and the leash drama actually live. We coach owners in the environment the dog already runs: your hallway, your block, the same route you walk every day. And when home visits alone cannot deliver enough repetitions, we say so and point you to the format that can.

A private session at your place starts with the actual problem: the greeting at the door, the hallway zoomies, the walk that dissolves half a block in. One hour, $150 plus GST, and you leave with a written weekly plan, so the seven days between sessions are training days too. No borrowed training hall, no rehearsed setup. Your dog performs, or falls apart, exactly where it matters.
The home advantage runs through everything we do. Follow-up sessions after a board and train happen in your world too, transferring what your dog learned to your kitchen, your stairwell, your neighbourhood's particular chaos. And because every service is one-on-one, there is no class schedule to fit around, just your household and your dog.

Honest format math
When visits work, and when they stall.
In-home coaching is the right buy when the missing piece is you: timing, leash mechanics, household rules everyone actually enforces. Those are owner skills, and an hour a week with a written plan moves them fast. It also fits dogs who fall apart away from home, or owners who want to learn alongside their dog from day one.
Some problems are volume problems. A dog who pulls on every walk practises pulling daily; a weekly visit cannot outvote that. For those dogs we are honest: day training runs Monday to Friday, drop-off between 8 and 10 am, pick-up between 5 and 7 pm, $650 per week with a one-hour go-home lesson. Live-in programs go further still, and every one ends with a handover lesson at your side.

Are you an in-home dog trainer in Calgary?
Yes. Private sessions happen at your home and around your neighbourhood, one hour at a time, at $150 plus GST. Follow-up sessions after our live-in programs can happen in your environment too.
Do you have trainers that come to your home?
Every private session is exactly that: we come to you and work in your real environment. There is no facility class to attend and no group format at all; all of our training is one-on-one.
How much does at-home dog training in Calgary cost?
Sessions are $150 for one hour, plus GST, and every one ends with a written weekly plan so progress continues between visits. If your dog would move faster in a different format, we will say so at the consultation.
Is mobile dog training enough on its own?
Often, yes: when the fix is owner timing and consistent rules, weekly in-home coaching gets there. When the habit gets daily practice at home, we will recommend day training or a board and train, because your dog needs more repetitions than weekly visits can deliver.
